Whether you use it as a volume scale, volume scanner or volume measuring device, MultiScan records product master data in seconds through a web-based user interface and transmits it to your master data management system.

Master data is collected by measuring and weighing the product. Other relevant details include fragility, hazardous substances, packaging hierarchies, information on packaging materials and the requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

TexPress

Textiles are compressed to determine their precise volume and to optimize storage density and packaging. These measurement values are automatically recorded and transferred to the WebApp.

Electronic caliper

Extremely precise measurements are possible, accurate to 0.01 mm. These measurement values are automatically recorded and transferred to the WebApp.

Precision scale

Items weighing under 100 g (3.5 oz) are weighed on a precision scale for precise master data.

Barcode scanner

The barcode scanner scans and identifies all products quickly and easily. Simple to use with a USB port.

ScanTape

The digital measuring tape extends the measuring area from 1,200 mm to 5.5 m (47 in to 18 ft). The measurement is made automatically by pressing a button and the data is directly transmitted to the WebApp.

Industrial camera

High-resolution product identification images are recorded automatically and transmitted. This makes it easy to assign them to the correct item ID.

PowerStation

MultiScan can be used wherever it’s needed in the warehouse. Just roll it to where you need it and plug it in or use the PowerStation for more freedom.
